Hello, I am on the Vegan walk. so thanks for your encouraging videos. I have a question.. I am allergic to soy milk.. and want to stay away from any tofu or soy made "meat" products. Is there another option to cook with on the rare occasion I want to use a Faux meat product.

@SpicySonja You're so welcome! Even though I still eat Non-GMO tofu eggs and a few other soy products, I use only Almond Milk now which actually taste better than soy to me. I really don't like to reccommend using Gluten, but a lot of people actually use gluten as a mock meat substitute because you can really get it to taste like meat. Now, I make my own gluten/soy free mock meats n freeze them when I have the time. I have a vid titled "West Indian Chicken Strips" you might want to check out.

Shalam! When you consume animal products you have protein induced hypercalcemia. You loose calcium from your bones. I'm trying to get my family to stop eating crazy. they run to the doctor but the doctor doesn't help them or educate them. they look at me like I'm the crazy one. They just don't get it. Their pastor pray for them but serve them pork and other madness after "service". They don't see they are making themselves statistics. Shalam.

@12Judah12 I have the same issue in my family. Obesity, disease, discomfort, you name it! When the answer to their problems is in their face, they just shrug it off.. Funny thing about the pastors they look up to, is these pastors can never get rid of their sick and shut in list. Just take their money and keep them in their own self-inflicted slavery. (shrugs)
