Gold Systems Vonetix 7 Personal Attendant Demo

Terry Gold, CEO of Gold Systems, does a demo of a Personal Attendant application that was created using Gold Systems' Vonetix 7 software. Vonetix 7 is the first IVR and speech recognition design, development and deployment software for Microsoft's Lync Unified Communications product.

This demo shows a call being answered by an application running on the Tellme speech recognition platform in the cloud, and it is integrated with a Lync system to determine presence and to initiate an IM conversation between the caller and the end user. The Personal Attendant is not a product, but rather is a demonstration of what can be done when Vonetix 7 is used to truly unify communications. Vonetix 7 is used by Gold Systems to create better, more cost effective applications for large enterprises.
