Rocky IV - Training Montage (Movie Version Remix)

I finally finished my remix of this nice song from the rocky IV soundtrack,it took me long time to do this 'cause it's a very hard song to isolate.......an additional drum pattern was added by me & it feauters the final piano solo at the end of the song,i did as much as i could,as you can see it's not big deal hope you like it.

This was a good sincere effort. I noticed you used the soundtrack version for certain parts of the song. I tried that once taping the music from the tv and going back and forth between the movie version and the soundtrack version. It's too bad they simply can't release the soundtrack versions, but either way I've gotten used to listening to the song right from the movie, sound effects and all. Hell, I get more pumped up by hearing Duke say "You know what you gotta do. Do it. Do it."

yeah i always listen to the audio rip instead of the original score.....i think this is the most difficult song to mix...........maybe that's why nobody post it on youtube.............no one can isolate it 'cause the sound effects are in both channels so is imposible,this is just for fun................not the greatest thing but i had fun making it lol

I always hated how the CD tracks were much different than the ones featurred in the actual film. Im sure this wasnt easy to make either! Thanks so much man!

AWESOME!!! Thanx!! I like the synths on this version. I have the soundtrack but I like the version in the movie too. Good quality despite still hearing the car start up and Rocky's footsteps hahaha.

Rocky 4 was the best in my opinion. It shows Rocky going against his biggest challenge AFTER Mr T and shows him really able to conquer anything. It should have stopped at 4, although 6 was also quite good.

@EasyNowSon You mean that low bass 'warm' sound the slides up? I play keyboards and can let you have a piece of trivia: It could be any number of synthesizers but either way, it is (basically) a saw wave through (probably) 3 oscillators. Sorry if I've geeked you out!lol! I love that part too
