10,10,10,10,10 reps of each exercise. 4 sets total. Change it up on each set so 2nd set go in reverse. Super set with high intensity stuff to shred up.

  • the smith machine is good to build muscle it has alot of science behind it but you do dumbells ......... just like your hammer strength machine they target that muuscle

  • You're aware that the Smith machine is probably the worst thing in the Free Weight area right?

    It consistently forces you to follow the machines line of motion, as opposed to the fluid motion of your body moving a weight (correctly).

    Don't lie - you got big benching, squatting, and eating. Not from the Smith machine.
