If you are interested in working with crisis intervention, youth and mental health counseling, probation, employee assistance, child welfare, drug and alcohol counseling, family therapy or developmental disabled care management, Gannons social work program can give you the background you need. As a social work major, you will receive individualized instruction and be prepared to work with culturally diverse populations through participation in academic and social activities that promote and enhance the dignity, individuality and self-determination of all persons.
