  • i have the 570 it gave me lots problems even when i bought it new from the store the sales owner had hard time starting it, then it came back for waranty job then i tweak and tune it run good after good saw

  • I wonder if the shop didn't set it up right? I got mine from Stanton Hope - they set it up and tuned it before I took it away. Starts easily and runs well. Glad you got yours sorted eventually.

  • @dav7722 The 334T is a good light top handle climbing saw its great for pruning jobs but for removal jobs i prefer the Stihl 200T.but for cost wise the husky 334T is cheaper but still a great saw

  • @mikepepler best saw I ever owned

  • I had a chance to buy a 372 for 200 wish I had got it but I got this one at cost so it wasnt too bad!

  • Cool, I bet the 372 is great! I was actually going to buy it, but when I got to the shop they didn't have it in stock, and they did have the 570, so that's what I got. I think the 372XP is lighter and has a bit more power, but cost more. 570 may have higher torque, but not sure on that, as I've not tried the 372.

  • I just bought the 372XP and an old sthil 041AV

  • ok thanks

  • No, sorry. It's a top-handled saw, i.e. for use up a tree, and we only do ground work. I've not done the exams for working up a tree, so would not be able to buy one of them (not from a reputable shop, at least, as they ask to see your ticket).

  • do you know much about the 334T.
