Thanks for the tip, SuckerMD1985. I was wondering if you put the shells on and sew the end of the hair, how do you interlock the strand afterward??? I have seen many people who have the shells in but they are midway along the strand, and not on the end, like the few vids i see on you tube are demonstrating. How do they get them there without sticking out?

I used to have some cowrie shells but i gave them to my cousin and she lost them :( i've been looking for them everywhere, even on line and i can't find any. where did you get yours?

I tied mine on with the thread that you use when you get your weave sewed in. I did in February and I love them. your locs are beautiful!
