  • quad-core on a phone= going to have bad battery life?

  • @Rauhinnen Nope. Tegra 3 has a fifth shadow core that is clocked much lower. Doing normal tasks (standby, checking Twitter/email, etc) will mean it's only running on that core. Overall this should be more power efficient than dual core CPUs like Tegra 2.

  • For that price it will cost you can buy quad core laptop lol.

  • @alancik123 Nah. Tegra 3 shouldn't really be much more expensive than Tegra 2.

  • why the hell you want a quad core phone?

  • @DJTEVAdotCOM What kind of question is that lol. If people used that logic we would still be using phones with processors with a few MHz.

  • Thosr damn japs are finally in, I was wondering if japan was really gunna hand the throne of minature technology to S.korea and Taiwan (Samsung & HTC), because frankly, sony was doing crap job with android ao far, but hell, the more competition, the better and cheaper the products are :D

  • @DJTEVAdotCOM the more cores the more it can do just imagine what phones will be able to do 10 years from now just look at the change in phones from 2007 to now
