Raccoon City has been hit with a new wave of bio-terrorism. Because of this, the new STARS Bravo Team has been set out to handle the situation. The new captain, Leon S. Kennedy, has split the team into three groups, himself and the Merchant, Birkin and HUNK, and Carlos and Nemesis. But what dark secrets lay in store for them, and what new dangers will they face?
