This recipe looks delicious! Just remember, catfish are bottom feeders and are scavengers. They have no scales and are considered haram. Use a cleaner whitefish like Cod. They are healthier and halal.

Hi Alia.. Just a tiny request.. If possible when cooking dishes in the oven, could you ad the cooking degrees in Celcious to the recipes as well please, for those of us not using Fahrenheit? Thanks.. ;o)

yeah, it can be confusing :-(
you know, if you type in 'Google' something like '350 F in C' it will give you the answer. try it out, it's so helpful!
