what is being asked here that one can do.... all i heard was us and them, as though were not all apart of co-creating this ?

We are indeed all co-creating this, but the problem is that we have allowed ourselves to be guided and lead by psychopaths who have little (if any) empathy or compassion, so although ultimately we are all connected as one, there is currently a strong reality of an us and them situation. Whether they are (or are influenced by) shape-shifting reptilian aliens from a lower vibrational alternative reality (as suggested by David Icke and others) I cannot be sure.

Sad thing about it is, there are many people who won't listen to this, or they'll give the standard-issue knee-jerk reactions like attacking the messenger, the message itself, use words they can't give proper definitions of like "socialism" or "liberal" and the like. They refuse to listen to reason. Only way a message like this will TRULY reach the people is if we demand that our nation put rules outlawing lying to the people through our news, and if that's too tough for Fox, tough!

i don't know, i would choose love but it seems like it is a constant battle against fear and negativity, every single day, like if you choose to fight and be some kind of warrior and when in your whole life you have been fighting fear and negativity with more negativity and fear, you get tired of it and being a warrior to keep fighting is the last thing you want to choose, sometimes you just want to go back to sleep and believe that everything is okay.......
