Four alarm apartment fire at The Commons in Woodlawn, Ohio. Over 10 departments responded bringing over 100 firefighters and EMT's. First-in units arrived to find the center section of the 20 unit apartment building fully involved. After multiple master streams units manged to enter and battle the dragon from inside.
Fire Units That Participated were:
Woodlawn, Wyoming, Lockland, Lincoln Heights, Reading, Greenhills, Forest Park, Glendale, Springdale, Springfield Township, Blue Ash, Sycamore, Shoronville, Miami Township

I lived in that complex & work 3rd shift.
I was sleeping when it happened.
The noise woke me up.
All those wood units went up in total destruction in a flash..
Feeling unsafe I moved to a brick Condo in Glendale.

can anyone tell me if its the apartments responsibility to maintain the roof of a building? And if befoe they maintain it a leak happens and damages the contents of the apartment who is responsible?
