Peace 4 ever & always, My family has a problem with a defective goiter. A goiter is caused by lack of iodine so I tried using kelp tablets as kelp is almost pure idione. I have not had any problems since taking the kelp caused my goiter 2 shrink,havent taken iodine like that since but do eat foods more iodine enriched like salt but not a lot, RespectU
