i need to dig through my videotapes and find the version of this that i love the most. he was just skating it for the joy of skating and not competition and it was so beautiful and eloquent and brilliant.

Lee Holdridge once said every time Boitano skated to this piece he would get requests for it.

I would challenge any olympic skater half his age to do what he did here as well as he did it and we aren't even going to talk about him being 41 here ok maybe a little LOL. I bet he could have metaled if he tried even at this age at the olympics.
