i know this is a dumb question but what do you do after you kill the buck

@TheSoucey Field dress the deer, and take it to a deer processor to get it cut up into steaks, chops, burger, roast, etc.

For as expensive as processing is getting, we invested in an electric grinder and just debone ours ourselves.

Nice one. I dream of ever seeing a buck that big let alone getting one. I love the chocolate rack too.

I sure miss da UP with all the CF land. South central MN sucks for land access.
