  • if I was a controller I wouldn't care if he said in the box....

  • "In the box" is not part of any aviation radio vocabulary. If I was a controller I would make you repeat it over and over until you say what you're supposed to say. And no, it's not gibberish to me. I am an IFR rated pilot and have been flying since 1984.

  • @PDZ1122 It all has meaning. It just sounds gibberish to you because you're not experienced with it, but they convey important information.

  • @PDZ1122

    explain what u mean

  • AHHHHHHHHHHHHH I HATE MONO!

  • @PDZ1122 You should just watch your black friday video

  • I hate stupid radio talk. What exactly is the point? I assume it's to make yourself sound cool? Makes you sound like an jackass, that is all. Very unprofessional.

  • @tabu99

Technically its not "proper" radio etiquette, but everyone still knows what you're talking about.

  • never heard "in the box" are you sure that appropriate ATC lingo ?

  • wow, you make it look so easy! I still have problems catching everything the controller says first time around. I guess thats what kneepads and penicils are for lol! thanks for the great vid!
