Workout of the Week for the first week of January 2012
Complete a warm up prior to starting.
Then 1 round of
Swing Pyramid (5,4,3,2,1)
Clean & Press: 8-12reps each side
2-3 rounds of:
2 Hand Swing, R swing & L Swing
Full Cycle Clean & Press
Overhead Snatch
2-3 rounds of:
Goblet Squat
Tactical Lunge
Row R & Row L
Then do 1-3 sets of both circuits combined.
