Mega Man 2: Fortress Boss Battles (Boss Run Series 3)

I know the boss run series isn't necessarily going in the order of the Megaman games, but they are enjoyable anyway! This is Megaman 2's boss set!

MM4 Skullman! Subscribe! I do boss runs, take requests, speedruns, survival battles, find secrets, do TAS games, regular runs, 0 and 100% runs and all kinds of cool stuff.

How did you get your video to display at 60fps?

i used FCEU Ultra, and have a nice computer so, it worked out.  I also used Microsoft 1 codec, or something like that, though i don't know which codec i should be using..
