I train at the Kodokan and these teachers are both amazing.
By the way, it's tai otoshi, not seoi otoshi.

@SlugDropsonheads Seoi doesn't mean shoulder, it means carry-on-back. When you carry a ruck sack, that is seoi. Anyway, I've been taught Tai otoshi by Nambu Sensei (this guy) and it looks like this. Incidentally, what most people call "drop" seoi nage is usually seoi otoshi - on both knees instead of just one. Really, seoi otoshi is like seoi nage but without the "hoist" or "thrust" - you just drop your weight and pull uke down, without lifting him.
