Olive Oil Sugar Scrub + Hair Update

An all natural skin care treatment. I use it every night before I go to bed. I exfoliate with it, leave it on for about ten minutes, then scrub as I rinse.
Here's the recipe:

1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons honey

There's no harm in using it on both. From time to time, I use it on body in the shower.

@LotusBlackwater I heard from an esthetician that the olive oil can cause sun spots and pre-mature aging because it reacts when you go into the sun.

Yeah I have done a little research into this an there is no evidence of this. There are no substantial or sustained accounts of it. Do keep in mind that alot of ancient/natural remedies are being given a bad report unfoundly by drugs companies and their sponsors because that is how they make their profit. These conditions where never found when they were being used centuries ago.
