look at tutorials for flips, running, and walking,
learn to ease,
learn to make flow and not such huge and simple changes for 1 frame
good job tho, i can tell ur giving all u got :)

my videos are far more fluent than these, and i am only intermediate level. trust me, pivot takes a long time to get use to.
