**DIET/LIFESTYLE CHANGE**
breakfast- One peice of fruit AND WATER
lunch- Turkey sandwhich AND WATER
snack-one peice of fruit AND WATER
dinner- grilled chicken with small salad (Something along those lines) AND WATER
snack- one peice of fruit AND WATER

THIS WILL WORK! IT IS THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO FOR YOURSELF!!!!!!

  • @CinematicEdits its not about how long it takes. if you start eating like this you cant just stop once youve reached a goal. this diet is ment to change your lifestyle when it comes to food. but if you were to keep up heavy carido with the recommended food and servings. id say 5 weeks. 2-3 pounds a week. overall to see a physical difference probably 8. your body will need to adjust to the smaller stomach and less fat.   • Great video! Time to get in shape for this summer. Going to be hiking a lot in the mountains, and being a 14 year old girl who honestly has been binge-ing a bit, I need to prepare.

    Thanks for the motivation! I'm going to start with eating more fruits, more water, and doing the sets of pushups/situps/etc like I used to.

    When you get out of sports it's hard to keep up at home ><

  • dude plain salads no dressing for 1 month straight... I'm fucking losing it right now

  • I did a diet like he described,and it works. I lost probably around 8 pounds the first week. However, I was hefty, and so I lost more because of it. You do get hungry, but I was told to drink 2 glasses of fat free milk a day, and that worked for me. Good video!
