Yes you can use Truphone in the USA and many other countries. Check the Truphone website and legal agreement for more details. Note that it is the user's responsibility to check the legality of VoIP in a country before using it.

im on orange contract and got n95 does it work the same as this phone and also do i get charged my orange? thanks

Truphone does indeed work on the Nokia N95. However, we have reports of internet telephony being disabled on N95s from some carriers. Check with your vendor. Search for "don't mess with my N95" on youtube for more, or visit Truphone's site and or contact support at truphone dot com
