You filipinos should be proud of your own culture and we don't understand (yeah, there are lots of us polynesians) who don't understand why filipinos have decided to adopt the so-called Tahitian dances instead of being proud of your own culture to perform your own dances. FYI, that's not even originally the Tahitian dance. It originates from the Cook Islands. Bet you didn't know that, right!!
