In my classes we call this the "starburst". for a variation try doing another outside turn with her right hand after you get out of it. It brings you back ready to do it again more smoothly. good job!

Haha! Well, I have to say that I probably would be very sore indeed after doing that move if it weren't for the fact that I do fourty pushups each morning. Thank goodness someone invented excersize! ;)
