I woke up in the middle of the night with lyrics for Obama swarming around in my head. I reached for a pen and pad, wrote them down and went back to sleep. In the morning I read what I had written and was astonished. I called my friend Gmoe of Earth Wind and Fire. "Man we got to get in the studio I got something I want to share with the world I proclaimed! We cut the new track to (Things Can Get Better) in dedication to Mr. Barrack Obama, his family, and to all his supporters. Stay encouraged, steadfast, and true. Don't forget to VOTE! God will do the rest! NOT ONLY SHOULD THE PRESIDENCY BE ABOUT ENLIGHTENMENT SO TOO SHOULD THE NATION! In fact, that's what will promote the best possible future of America. I didn't write this for fortune or fame. It's simply from my heart.
