Taliban vs RAF / Cosford airshow 2010

The roleplay demo at RAF Cosford still not better than the 2006 demo but nice to see a different situation.

I agree, the 2006 airshow Roleplay Demo was better but so was the 2007 one - that included an E-3D Sentry AWACS, 2 Tornados, 2 Hawks, C130 Hercules and a Chinook. Lots of explosions that were alot bigger than this years show, And i like feeling the heat from them :P

I would recommend Waddington Airshow as that is much bigger and better! I went in 2009 and it had 8 E-3D Sentrys , Nimrods, Lockheed Tristar, Typhoon, UAVs, BAe 1 11, Harriers, C130s, Sea Kings, VC-10, KC-135 and many more!

@jackdavidharris Couldnt agree more with everything youve said there. But i love coming to cosford it has a small runway a huge museum and watching a handfull jet aircraft operating on that small runway is breathtaking. i live 5 miles away from RAF cosford and have a hugre intrest in the air base its always exiting to know whos coming to the airshow. But i should get my ass moving to a bigger airshow i suppose before the L-1011's VC-10'S and nimrod aircraft all retire.

what a fantastic day! shame bout the rain tho, poor harrier didnt get to make much of a demom still loved it tho

@deangoffe why they saved the best acts for the rain ill never know i was exited to hear about the spit fire typhoon duo and the harrier flipping rain :(

@sonnysingh03 The only problem with bigger aircraft is that there are huge traffic jams outside the airfield! (except Farnborough - they get all visitors to go on the bus)

@sonnysingh03 If your saw a numpty in just a t-shirt then that was me :P I really couldn't miss the harrier, i don't care if i got soaked, always look on the bright side of life was on anyway and great atmosphere with everyone whistling

@pinknomic i can never get at the front near the orange fencing this year i was so very close but some idiots at the front decided to stand up even though they can see perfectly clear siting down complete idiots blocking my view lol!
