go edit your code, make sure show html tickbox is clicked, then delete the whole code and paste the original code from Google Calendar. it works perfectly.
villager0809 -- I had the same problem. Did you click "show html" before you pasted the code into Salesforce? That puts in a tiny snippet of code, and when I pasted the Google html after that snippet, it worked. Good luck!
This is very very helpful but b/c there is no voiceover to tell you what you are supposed to click and it is so small it's hard to see what the person is clicking that it is hard follow. But if you have the eyesight then it is exactly what you need.
