Polymer clay so ya, pretty much. Also the decals I make are also my own designs. You use your computer and just basically just print them out after your done designing them on your computer.

nope. The only ones you can take off are the regular spartan helmets from brickforge and the custom Recon helmet I make sometimes. Other than that, most of these are none removable.
