hey i have a question im in pre-pointe and practicing at home in my pointe shoes and in the class in the beginning /adult beginner class, using that for prepointe anyways i have those stupid ouch pouchs and they make my box of my shoe so tight my toes feel like they r scrunchin is there supposed to be pressure on the sides and how do u keep ur toes straight? thanks

Our dance teacher perfers us not to. I'm getting my first pair of pointes in a couple of days, I'm only 12, and I'm wondering if I should use ouch pouchs or not...

our instructor dont allow " ouch pouch" either :(

you should check out the padding for pointe shoes video. :)

start with the standart ones. They are really cheap so if it isn't enough you can always buy other ones
