Blackburn Magistrates

Here is a video to prove that on the 7th September I issued documents to Blackburn Magistrates Court (also known as East Lancashire Magistrates Court) The court staff were more than unwilling to receive my Notice, they ran away, were very rude and the down right contumelious, it was more than just an abuse of civil liberty, its is unlawful and damaging behaviour. Not a single member of the courts knows the difference between law and legal. They claim it is a court of law but I have visited quite a few times and found no evidence of law, only legal. If you say you 'understand' them in anyway, you are lost at sea and in danger of being docked! By 'understanding' you give away all your rights and consent to the 'system' and its abusive 'regulations' and associated charges/costs? On a poster in the foyer, it explains that the court will take great care to ensure that deaf people 'understand'... the court staff told me they 'understand' me... Does that mean they have to pay any charges and costs that I have requested?

Either way, dont consent to anything, try not to go to court, it wont be fair, lawful or reasonable...
If HMCS want the 'people' to have faith in the court system, they need to have a close look in the mirror!
I sent legal documents to court, recorded delivery and they came back, marked 'addressee has gone away'
