Anybody that knows anything about the South (the Durrty....) knows that songs exist for nothing but to either make fun of people, give props to people or to show different "dances" that people do. "Get Me Bodied" is very much like DJ Jubilee's "Get It Ready".
Can't a song mean nothing, sound good, and be good to dance to? Maybe not in your world - but everyone has heard/liked/loved a song that made no dayum sense and they loved it while others hated it like fingernails on a chalkboard.
