2. by putting a cap on medical tort claims

The liberals don't care. It was never about providing health care for people, it was all about taxing and control of our lives. Unfortunately too many people still don't get it, they are buying the BS the media is selling. Now they claim this is a "free market" system of choice! I couldn't believe the new lies being sold to the ignorant public. What he doesn't address is the impact on medicine and as one doctor states, it turns it into veterinary medicine." Mark these words, the economy is bad now. When Obamacare starts you will see more foreclosed property, you will see more people on the street, and you will see the jails begin to fill up because they can not afford this bill.

Healthcare is a good thing if done right, And it could be an easy fix...but that takes common sense something of which it seems on one has anymore!

Because it does have improvements in it already. No denial due to preexisting conditions, no cancellations due to becoming ill, no lifetime cap on benefits are just to name three. Status Quo of what it was before ACA is not acceptable. My comment was quite logical. Instead of the same old rhetorical double talk, do something to fix what's wrong with it.

not siding, but accepting the ruling, which doesn't mean that it was ever a good idea. you must distinguish the "is it constitutional?" question from "is it good policy?" question. it's bad medicine and it will cripple an already bankrupt country.

your comment is illogical because obamacare makes the healthcare problem worse than leaving it the same as it currently stands. until an improvement can be developed, why make it worse with obamacare?

An awful lot of finding fault in the ACA, most of which is inaccurate. More important than using inaccurate information is the fact that you fail to present ANY solution to providing health care to those who can't afford it. The ACA is not perfect. Change it. Make it better.
