some Seafoam Deep Creep, spray it in ur turbo when not in use once in a while and should help solve the turbo problem.

Nice old excavator! What do yoy mean by stuck turbo? Is the turbine wheel stuck in place and wont spin or somthing like that?

Yes on occasion the turbine wheel will not spin because of rust or whatever is holding it.
