  • certainly agree, that it´s much better and more sensible, to do the exercises slowly and correct, rather than doing it fast.

  • @V3T3R4N91 for cutting u need to do more reps if u do 4 sets of 15 reps make it 2 sets of 30 reps

  • Is better to do more sets and less reps? Currently i can do 4 sets of 15 reps with the 4 variations of press ups shown in the video. I want to get ripped not bulky. Please advise

  • yo man nice video, I'm 15 years old and I use push-up bars, my form is right but I go down quite slow then back up straight away, I can usually do 20, 10, then 8 and 8, do you think I can do push ups every day?
