i think people give kenny the credit for a lot of what keegan actually did, kenny signed for a team that were reigning champions of england, europe and had just missed the treble back in the days when doubles happened twice a century.keegan joined an aging team going nowhere and turned them into the best side in europe, a brilliant player who`s enthusiasm, guts, ability and bravery started a dynasty.

I am from Glasgow and have watched Liverpool since the mid seventies. Gerrard is very good and Dalglish was a genius. But my all time favorite footballer was, is and will always be the fantastic Kevin Keegan. And my all time best British footballer played in my all time best British team - the unforgettable class act of 1970's Liverpool. Thanks for treasured memories Kevin.
