@millionairejh it depends what your comfortable with ... there are coaches that don't recommend you doing what james blake does only because it could force you to rush through the rest of your service motion causing you to possibly mishit the ball
hmm im just wondering, are u suppose to leave ur racquet down like that while throwing the ball up, cuz i think federer leaves his racquet kinda aligned with his back behind his head. but blake seems to leave his racquet down toward the floor, and then accelerate up and hit the ball as its coming down. im not sure
@endlesswonder but somehow he manages to make the follow through very simple and smooth, he seems to have a relatively loose wrist

holy crap he only uses one leg to jump! his rear foot just get dragged along - imagine how he'd serve if he jumped with both legs?
