@RCK502 In the bible one of the ten commandments is 'keep the Sabbath holy' for all Christians the Sabbath is Sunday. Therefore if you don't go to mass on Sunday you disobey the commandments and commit a mortal sin. Abortion is murder, also one of the ten commandments so of course you would need to ask forgiveness-common sense. Nothing has been made up or redefined, it is your uneducated comments that are 'so sad'.

I just went to Fr Larry's talk here in Dublin Ireland yesterday, it was absolutely brilliant. I feel rejuvenated and full of the holy spirit. Fantastic speaker, gets straight to the point and isn't afraid to tell it how it is. God bless you Fr Larry.

Father Larry came to my Parish in NH several years ago, and his talk on Confession was almost exactly the same as the one in this video. He is a truly remarkable Priest.
One thing he did that really set the tone for the week. At Mass, he said "You won't be bored!"
HE WAS RIGHT!
VIVAT JESUS, Father Larry!

If people didn't eat, they'd be too weak to think of praying. Besides, people can pray & eat. Therefore, eating is more important.

If the priest at my highschool was even on the same page as this wonderful homilist, the other students would have actually listened.

@AllSeethingEYE01 The reason you don't like Fr. Larry is because he speaks the truth and you are too comfortable with your sins.
-
Keep it up Fr. Larry!!!

@boobotlmz A homily is another word for sermon.
1) you have a computer, then you have the ability to spell check
2) you have a computer you have the ability to check the facts about the inquisition...yours are way off
3) the Catholic Church is not hiding the facts of the inquisition...the Catholic Church are the ones who put a stop to it
4) why must you go back 800 years to find something to justify your own lack of faith?
5) fact: atheists are directly responsible for over 150 million deaths in the past 80 years. thanks.

Wow, you don't even know me and you judge my being a follower of Christ by only seeing PART of my homilies! Maybe if you disagree with me so much, instead of judging me you should PRAY FOR ME if you really are a Christian. God Bless you+++
