I have the same error message when I want to replace the file by the other one: impossible to copy system_plugin_bg: refused Access.

Verify that the record(disk) is not full or not protected in writing, and that the file is not at present used.

How can it be done?...

sir how to remove the write-protection its said if i put the the .rco cannot copy psp:the disk is write-protected. remove the write-protection or use another disk.

Respond to this video... I once did this 3 years ago n my psp got bricked...i got mad so i took everything apart and was pist...3 years later i found a video on how to unbrick your PSP in 5 ways..FML

@megadeath550 go to recovery menu, configuration look for PROTECT FLASH IN USB DEVICE MOUNT then disable it
