Having a TV license is not really any different to having a subsciption. If you hook upto cable illegaly the cable company of course has the right to fine you or take you to court. People moaning about having to pay a TV license are just stupid. Don't moan about Britain, there are still lots of civil liberties including the right to own a tank and a 50cal.
