Arrested for complying with an officer's orders?

*background* Wells Fargo is one of the largest holders in the Geo Group, the global corporation which runs Homeland Security prisons and detention centers. The largest Geo Group Homeland Security facility on the West Coast is located at the Port of Tacoma. Riot police were at the Wells Fargo in downtown Tacoma to protect its interests. The march was deemed a Homeland Security threat since it called into question its practices. Police attempted to frame the protest in such a way that alienated the community. Businesses were urged to watch the march closely for any illegal or suspicious activity rather than to participate in the action. All except for the Tacoma Art Supply store, which said the march could have positive impacts.
