Looks like one guy was getting arrested so he threw his personal belongings to the bystander friend with his son on his shoulders. He refused to give his friend's bag to the cop and the cop got AGGRESSIVE without care for the child's well-being.

When monsters hide behind noncombatants outside the US its un-defendable, but in San Freakcrisco it's the people defending the kid that are called monsters. Can we give CA. back tp mexico, and build a fence there so they can't leave.

So basically the man stole something, the cops tried to grab the kid so they dont drop him or hurt him and everyone freaks out. Great.
