Part 2 explains the ideas of Carl von Clausewitz in relation to industrial interstate warfare and its most extreme form, total war. Clausewitz wrote On War between 1815 and 1830, though it was not published in his lifetime. The translation of Clausewitz's On War that I'm working with and reading from in the film is by Michael Howard and Peter Paret, published by Princeton University Press, 1976.

@lyraclaceras Yeah, I'm not sure what it is about it, but I can't understand a damn thing he's saying. I think its because he's trying to sound like he has a different voice than he actually has, so he's just talking in a low tone.
