There's an uneducated opinion if I've ever seen one.
Consider a chemical company producing dangerous food additives. The company is aware of the danger but does not notify the public or withdraw its product. Is there really any choice for the person in danger?
Consider a public good, such as clean air. Should it be free for a company to pollute the air, thereby causing cancer and asthma in thousands of innocents? Or should those who breathe air be expected to, somehow, find new unpolluted air?

@irishbull777 they're actually not that different in several key areas...which is kinda cool considering how divided the U.S. is right now.

If the company hides risks inherent in their products then that's another matter. Nader however wants to ban risky products even if the risks are familiar to the costumer. That's unnecessary, costly and depending on Naders judgement sometimes even bad.

I just listened to Chris Hedges speech and he seemed to like Ralph Nadar and so I am listening to him more.
