Molding of my version 2 300 helmet.

Email me at TimAllen27@hotmail.com for prices and more information

This is a fan sculpted helmet and is no way affiliated with the movie 300

  • Is it possible to make a mold of a helmet/mask(Vader) that would be smooth and finished inside and out ?

  • @vetteboy1982

You would have to make a two piece mold. One off the outside and one off the inside and put the two have together and do some sort of roto-casting otherwise the inside wouldn't be super smooth like the Vader helmet unless you wanted to hand sand the inside with bondo N such.

  • Once the mold is pealed can it be reused ?

  • @DragoonProp YEP!!

  • What did you use to cut out the finished helmet? A dremel??

  • @sToPmoTioNinZ

Yeah a dremel tool with a pen like tool attachment piece

  • @moraisdesantana Yes, but it would be much harder to do that there's four layer's yo it the first two I can't remaber but there's a fiber glass layer well two layers.

  • If I make a silicone mold, I can make a fiberglass helmet with this mold?

  • @Traxxem

Hmm roughly 4 layers so maybe a quarter of the full kit purchased
