George Carlin was awarded the the Mark Twain prize for American humor just a few days before his death. Four months later, some of America's foremost comedians gathered to speak about his influence on them and present the award to his family.

George Carlin is kickass. Anyone who doesn't like him can go join the fucking terrorists in al-Qaeda. The thing about comedy is it's serious but funny at the same time. Carlin is a master. Rest in peace, old buddy. Too bad I never got to see you.
