Minecraft - Automatic Rapid Arrow Turret (Dispenser)

For Minecraft BETA 1.2_01 + (Still working in 1.1)
This is the setup for making an automatic, rapid-shooting arrow turret using one of the new blocks (dispenser) included in the new Minecraft Beta update.

Oh, and this was in SMP (Survival Multi-player), on my server.

hey! i have a good idea and tried it out myself! place a lava block infront of the dispensor and block it from spilling by place half blocks around it. now it will shoot flaming arrows!

in beta 1.6.6 smp, torches just switch themselves off! I did eveyrthing step by step... Please help!
