One of if not the best ab exercises you can do. Hanging leg lifts will rip up your mid section and boost your confidence. This is more of an advanced exercise so if you cant do a pull up, get there first.

  • How many set/reps? Also would this exercise concluded my abs workout or do I need more exercises?

  • to beginners they do half way.

  • don't do this unless your abs are strong, you will hurt your back or get a hernia, its freaking awesome if you already have strong abs and need something more challenging
