@SymphonyOfSword2Swan Well actually, Nightwish is an amazing band because of all the members. I mean, if Emppu was the one who was kicking out of the band, it would be a tragedy to me, and I would feel the way i felt when Tarja left. But the thing is that Tarja has a very special voice and would never be a "mediocre opera singer", she's someone you can't replace like that. I have nothing against Anette, she's great, but I don't think she's good enough to diserve to sing Tuomas's compositions.

Well Nightwish was create with and for Tarja.

But since Tarja left the band, Nightwish isn't nightwish anymore.

Of course Anette isn't a terrible singer, otherwise Tuomas wouldn't have chosen her.

But she's just not made to sing with nightwish.

Maybe in another group, but not this one.

That's why she's horrible when she's singing songs which were made for Tarja.

And that's the reason she shouldn't do it, she'll never be able to.

You can clearly hear this isn't a song for Anette, she's a good singer but this doesn't fit her at all.

I have one more thing to add.

Old fans love Tarja.

New fans love Anette.

True fans love Nightwish!

To my opinion, I liked "Nightwish" When Tarja was there, I have nothing against Anette, it's just that I feel that something is missing, but hey, it's a matter of likes! :) <3

@vaccaveya Well not really, it is Tuomas's excellent songwriting skills and compositions that clearly make Nightwish different than any other bands. If she was really the "core" don't you think that they would have gotten another mediocre opera singer? :)
