I started working out in 2005 when I was 19, I'm currently 25. In the 6 years I have been working out I have made more gains in the last 2 years than I did in the first 4. My gains began to come when I took a week off from training. That week I spent the time I normally would in the gym educating myself on the correct way to structure a training program. I have spent the last 2 years using trial and error to determine what produces the best results. I recently had the opportunity to film my training, nutrition and supplementation routine with the Bodybuilding.com crew.
